Order terms

Prices

Prices are in Polish złoty. The “boutique” price is the manufacturer's recommended retail price. I confirm the final price and timing in chat before you pay a deposit.

Payment

Watches to order: a 40–70% deposit (depending on the model) when I order from the supplier, the rest after you see photos and video of your watch. If you pay 100% upfront, the lower price shown for each model applies.

Timing

In-stock watches: within a week of ordering. Watches to order: 2–3 weeks after the deposit.

Handover and shipping

Meeting in Kraków or tracked shipping across the EU. Shipping is paid by the buyer.

If something goes wrong

If the watch doesn't arrive or the wrong model comes, I refund the full amount or order a different model — your choice.

Warranty

2-year seller warranty for normal use. The official manufacturer warranty is usually not activated because of the supply route.
