Frequently asked questions

Shipping and timing

How much is shipping?

Shipping is paid by the buyer. I ship across the EU with tracking, other countries on request. In Kraków we can meet in person. I'll quote the cost in chat: it depends on the country and carrier.

When will I get an in-stock watch?

Within a week of placing the order.

When will I get a watch marked “To order”?

2–3 weeks after the deposit. The deposit is 40–70% of the price, depending on the model. If you pay 100% upfront, most models have a lower price (up to 6% off) — it's shown next to the model.

Origin and warranty

Are the watches genuine?

Yes, all watches are 100% genuine and brand new.

Where do the watches come from and why are they cheaper than in a boutique?

I buy from dealers and distributors in Europe: collection leftovers, discontinued models, stock from dealers meeting sales targets. That's cheaper than the brand's retail network.

Do the watches come with documents?

The documents depend on the model and the specific batch. I tell you exactly what's included in chat before you pay a deposit.

Is there an official manufacturer warranty?

Usually not: because of the supply route, the official warranty typically isn't activated the standard way.

What warranty do I get then?

A 2-year seller warranty for normal use — from me and my suppliers. If there's a problem, message me: I sort it out with the suppliers and arrange a warranty solution.

Can authenticity be checked?

Yes. The watches have original serial numbers, markings and every authenticity feature of the model.

Payment

How can I pay?

Card transfer, BLIK, Revolut, PayPal, cash when we meet in Kraków. Ukrainian cards accepted too.

What if the watch doesn't arrive or the wrong one comes?

I refund the full amount or order a different model right away — your choice.
